 How app works
When at home
- Go to the Android Market and install the app when you are in your home country.
- Log in using your loyalty membership and your telephone numbers as you normally would when logging in on the Travelling Connect website.
- Once logged in you will be able to see your account details including additional telephone numbers, awards earned with us going 24 months back and exact number of miles or points you can earn on each Partner Network for your roaming calls.
- On the Home screen you can see your location, which in this case will be your home country.
When abroad
- Once you have arrived to a new destination, the app will trace it and if there is a Partner Network in this country will notify you about that.
- If you open the app you will see your new location, a network you roam and if you roam on a Partner Network - how many rewards per minute you will earn.
- Make sure you stay on the Partner Network in order to be rewarded for your roaming calls! If you switch to a non-Partner Network the app will send a notification, and will guide you on how to switch to a participating carrier manually.
