 How app works
When at home- Go to the App Store and install the app when you are in your home country.
- Make sure that your iOS is updated to at least 4.3.2 version and that Mobile Data is on. To check the last one go to Settings > General > Network > Mobile Data.
- Log in using your loyalty membership and your telephone numbers as you normally would when logging in on the Travelling Connect website.
- We will ask you for a permission to use your location information – this is essential part of the service so you should click 'ok'.
- Once logged in you will be able to see your account details including additional telephone numbers, awards earned with us goings 24 months back and exact number of miles or points you can earn on each Partner Network for your roaming calls.
- On the Home screen you can see your location, which in this case will be your home country.
When abroad
- Once you arrive to a new destination, open the app and you will know immediately if there is a Partner Network in that country.
- On the home screen you will also see your new location, a name of the Partner Network and indication of how many rewards per minute you will earn when roaming on it.
- Check if you are roaming on this Partner Network. If not, you can see a Manual Switching section for the instructions on how to choose this carrier. It is very easy!
Go to Settings > Carriers > Turn Automatic 'off' > and select a Partner Network.
- Make sure you stay on the Partner Network in order to be rewarded for your roaming calls!
