Outbound Loyalty Service

This is an unique loyalty program for your top roamers. Under the Outbound Loyalty Service, your (best) customers can earn frequent flyer miles from calls/sms/data made on your foreign partner networks. End-users will be able to exchange their accumulated miles for a range of redemption possibilities under one of the many airline and hotel partners of Travelling Connect.

The Outbound Loyalty Service is specifically targeted for use by home operators and includes the following advantages:
  1. Reduce Churn and Retain customers: Offering a loyalty program to your end-users will avoid customers defecting to your competitors. Your end-users will experience the loyalty program as a very nice benefit. It improves the quality of relationship between you and your end-users and increase emotional attachment of customer to product or service as well
  2. Acquire New Customers: the outbound loyalty service allows you also to acquire new high value customers. The possibility to earn rewards for roaming calls is considered by those end-users as a very welcome personal benefit.
  3. Opens up a direct communication channel with your (roaming) end-users: The Outbound Loyalty Service allows the home operator to establish a direct, positive relationship with its end-users (as the actual 'customer' is often corporation).
  4. Increases usage: The revenue made on outbound roaming calls of end-users contributes substantially to the bottom line of home operators. The Outbound Loyalty Service helps home operators to increase that revenue as the usage by end- users will increase due to an Outbound Loyalty Program (estimated increase of 10%)
